All master plans share a common element in creating a sense of place and each plan is a unique response to the constraints of the project, terrain, anticipated use & growth, and the surrounding community. Throughout the project planning and development phase, we strive to utilize views, groupings of buildings, identifiable landmarks (natural or man-made), open space, and gathering spaces combine to create a sense of space.
